The app
Sayzu is a paid app for capturing things you want to remember to say, published by MAQIR.com. Your purchase is a license to use the app on devices you own, under the App Store terms you agreed to with Apple.
Your content
Everything you capture in Sayzu is yours and stays on your device. We claim no rights to it, and because it never reaches us, we could not access it if we wanted to. You are responsible for backing up your device if you want your data to survive a lost or broken phone.
No warranty
Sayzu is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not promise it will be free of interruptions or errors, and a nudge is a courtesy, not a guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAQIR.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use Sayzu after a change means you accept the updated terms.
